Following the UK government’s 10 Point Plan For A Green Industrial Revolution and an increasing focus for every business to be working towards Net Zero, there are now many business support and training courses funded to help businesses to start their journey towards decarbonisation and becoming Net Zero.

There are so many different courses on offer, delivered by a large number of organisations like Further Education Institutions, Higher Educational Institutions and business support organisations like growth hubs, Chambers, and other professionals – this can be confusing.

The East Lancashire Chamber wants to provide a space for that support to be brought together. With some funding we received through the UK government’s Community Renewal Fund, managed by Lancashire County Council and they have helped us provide this website portal for businesses. You as a business can now look through the available support, training courses and find out the headline information that you need to help you on your journey to Net Zero, and most importantly, who you can speak to for more details.

At the Chamber of Commerce in East Lancashire, we also provide support to help you decarbonise your business to bring new low carbon technology to market.
